- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until the dough comes together. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to fit a 9-inch tart pan. Press into the pan and trim the edges.
- Layer the brie slices evenly over the crust.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, brown sugar, rosemary, and balsamic vinegar. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Spread the cranberry mixture over the brie in the tart.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
