Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and a few cranberries in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to form a blossom shape.
