Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and a few cranberries in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to form a blossom shape.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
