Ingredients
These ingredients come together to form a powerhouse of flavor:
-
???? 2 oz bubblegum vodka (or regular vodka + ½ tsp bubblegum syrup)
-
???? 1 oz white chocolate liqueur (adds rich creaminess)
-
???? 1 oz half-and-half or heavy cream (for velvety texture)
-
???? 0.5 oz strawberry liqueur or syrup (optional, enhances fruity depth and pink hue)
-
???? 0.25 oz simple syrup (optional if you like it sweeter)
-
???? Ice (for shaking)
-
???? Garnish ideas: pink sugar rim, whipped cream, gumballs, cotton candy, or pink sprinkles
Instructions
Step 1: Chill the glass
Place your martini glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes, or fill with ice water to pre-chill.
Step 2: Prepare the shaker
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour:
-
2 oz bubblegum vodka
-
1 oz white chocolate liqueur
-
1 oz cream
-
0.5 oz strawberry liqueur or syrup
-
0.25 oz simple syrup (optional)
Step 3: Shake it up
Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until frothy and well-chilled.
Step 4: Garnish the rim (optional)
If desired, rim your martini glass with corn syrup and dip in pink sanding sugar for sparkle.
Step 5: Strain & garnish
Strain into the chilled martini glass and top with a fun garnish like whipped cream, sprinkles, or a gumball skewer.
Notes
These bombs are very forgiving, but a few key tips ensure success:
-
???? Always use fresh ice and shake hard to aerate the mix and create a light texture.
-
???? Bubblegum vodka can be substituted with regular vodka + syrup if needed.
-
???? Cream balances the sweetness, but heavy cream makes it extra indulgent.
