  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the shrimp and Cajun seasoning; cook until shrimp are pink.
  4. Add rice and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
