  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float, roughly 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside, saving a bit of pasta water for later.
  2. Prepare the sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the shredded chicken, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir gently and let it simmer, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Melt in the cheeses: Lower the heat and stir in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Combine gnocchi and sauce: Add the cooked gnocchi into the skillet, tossing gently to coat each piece in the sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
  5. Serve: Dish into bowls, garnishing with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
