Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat the heavy cream over medium heat.
- Add the pesto sauce and stir until well combined.
- Add the cooked tortellini and fresh spinach to the skillet.
- Stir gently until the spinach wilts and everything is heated through.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
