- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and half of the ranch seasoning mix.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream with the remaining ranch seasoning.
- In a baking dish, layer the diced potatoes and pour the ranch cream mixture over them.
- Place the seared pork chops on top of the potatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops in ranch dressing for a few hours before cooking.
