Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and half of the ranch seasoning mix.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream with the remaining ranch seasoning.
  5. In a baking dish, layer the diced potatoes and pour the ranch cream mixture over them.
  6. Place the seared pork chops on top of the potatoes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
