Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Tenders are a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional fried chicken tenders, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.

- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken tenders in the basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
- Spray the tops of the chicken tenders with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs.
- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
