  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each fish fillet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
