- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each fish fillet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and crispy.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing pieces of fish on each tortilla and topping with cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, and avocado.
- Drizzle with sour cream or Greek yogurt and serve with lime wedges.
