Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Cheesecake Filling:
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • For the Coating:
    • 1 cup crushed crispy rice cereal
    • 1 cup cotton candy, torn into small pieces
    • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    • 2 large eggs, beaten
    • 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Chill the cheesecake mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Once chilled, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the cheesecake mixture and roll them into balls.
  4. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of crushed crispy rice cereal and cotton candy.
  5. Dredge each cheesecake ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with the crispy rice and cotton candy mixture.
