Instructions

  1. Grate the zucchinis and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes, squeeze out excess moisture from the zucchinis using a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
