Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated tortellini
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Pour the chicken broth and Alfredo sauce over the chicken.
  3. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks.
  6. Add the tortellini, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese to the crockpot.
  7. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high until the tortellini is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
