Ingredients

- 1 cup of brownie mix
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, melted butter, and 1 egg until well combined.
- Spread the brownie mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add 2 eggs to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer in the springform pan.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate brownie mix.
- Serve with additional caramel sauce drizzled on top.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
