Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove fritters and drain on paper towels.
- In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm fritters before serving.
