Ingredients
- Ice cream (any flavor) – 4 scoops
- All-purpose flour – 1 cup
- Eggs – 2, beaten
- Breadcrumbs – 2 cups
- Cinnamon – 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil – for frying
- Chocolate or caramel sauce – for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Scoop the ice cream into balls and place them on a baking sheet. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
- In a bowl, mix the flour and cinnamon together.
- Dip each ice cream ball into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Freeze the coated ice cream balls for another hour.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Fry the ice cream balls for about 10-15 seconds until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- Make sure the ice cream is very firm before frying to prevent melting.
