Instructions

  1. Scoop the ice cream into balls and place them on a baking sheet. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour and cinnamon together.
  3. Dip each ice cream ball into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Freeze the coated ice cream balls for another hour.
