- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (chopped, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove leaves from the cauliflower and slice into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Drizzle olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread seasoned steaks on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, avoid cutting the cauliflower too thin and ensure proper seasoning. You can make the steaks a day in advance and store them in the fridge.
