- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, spinach, artichokes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay out the phyllo pastry sheets and brush each layer with melted butter, stacking 3-4 sheets together.
- Cut the stacked phyllo into squares and press them into a greased muffin tin to form cups.
- Fill each phyllo cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture, packing it slightly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.
