Instructions

Prepare the Glass:
Moisten the rim of a martini or highball glass with lemon juice or water. Dip into blue sanding sugar to coat. Set aside. -
Add Ingredients to Shaker:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour in the raspberry vodka, blue curaçao, coconut rum, and sweet & sour mix. -
Shake It Up:
Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled. -
Strain & Pour:
Strain the vibrant blue liquid into your prepared glass filled with fresh ice (or serve neat in a martini glass if preferred). -
Add Soda:
