Ingredients

- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 8 ounces of sliced ham
- 8 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the sheet of puff pastry.
- Arrange the sliced ham evenly over the pastry and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Starting from one edge, roll the pastry tightly to form a log shape.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg in a mixing bowl and brush it over the top of each pinwheel.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
