Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.

- Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic; stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce, black pepper, salt, and paprika; mix well.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
