Instructions

- Gradually add the water and olive oil, stirring gently until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5–7 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a flat circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each piece for about 3–4 minutes on each side.
- Serve warm with your favorite dips or as a wrap.
