- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup sour cream (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press each wonton wrapper into the muffin tin, forming a cup shape.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef and stir well, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Fill each wonton cup with the seasoned beef mixture, then top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the wonton wrappers are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before adding diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and a dollop of sour cream on top.
