A simple and delicious recipe for wonton soup that is perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground pork, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
- In a large pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil.
- Add the wontons to the boiling broth and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they float.
- Add chopped bok choy and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or carrots.
- For a spicier version, add chili oil or fresh chili peppers.
- Wontons can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
