Ingredients

- Egg Wash: 1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to smooth out any creases.
- Cut the pastry into 4 equal squares.
