Instructions
Step 1: Boil the water
Bring 1 cup of water to a rolling boil.
Step 2: Mix the Jell-O powder
Pour the Jell-O powder into a mixing bowl. Slowly add the boiling water, whisking until fully dissolved (about 2 minutes).
Step 3: Add Fireball
Let the mixture cool for a minute, then stir in 1 cup of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky. For a slightly less boozy version, you can do ΒΎ cup Fireball and ΒΌ cup cold water.
Step 4: Pour into cups
Using a small measuring cup or funnel, pour the liquid into plastic shot cups. Fill about ΒΎ full to allow room for toppings.
Step 5: Chill and set
Place the filled cups on a baking sheet or in a muffin tin. Refrigerate for at least 3β4 hours, or overnight for best results.
Step 6 (Optional): Garnish and serve
Top with whipped cream and a Red Hot candy just before serving for a spicy-sweet kick and cute presentation.
Notes
These bombs are very forgiving, but a few key tips ensure success:
-
Donβt use hot Fireballβlet it cool if itβs been stored in a warm area
-
Be sure the Jell-O mix is not too hot when adding alcohol, this helps preserve the alcohol content
-
Use a small pitcher or squeeze bottle for mess-free pouring
