  • 45 fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, melted butter, sugar, and salt until combined.
  3. Add the egg and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Press the dough into a tart pan evenly across the bottom and up the sides.
  5. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  6. In another bowl, toss the sliced peaches with lemon juice, honey, and vanilla extract.
  7. Arrange the peach mixture over the baked crust.
  8. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until the peaches are tender.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.
