    • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • Cream Cheese Spread:
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, dill, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface.
  3. Evenly distribute the sliced bell peppers, cucumber, grated carrots, and spinach leaves over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Once rolled, wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pieces. Serve immediately or store for later.
