- Cream Cheese Spread:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, dill, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface.
- Evenly distribute the sliced bell peppers, cucumber, grated carrots, and spinach leaves over the cream cheese layer.
- Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Once rolled, wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pieces. Serve immediately or store for later.
