  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Chocolate or fruit sauce for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
  6. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each mold.
  7. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  8. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen the pops, then remove and drizzle with chocolate or fruit sauce if desired.
