Delicious frozen cheesecake pops that are creamy, sweet, and perfect for a refreshing treat.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Chocolate or fruit sauce for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each mold.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen the pops, then remove and drizzle with chocolate or fruit sauce if desired.
Notes
- For a flavored cheesecake, consider adding fruit puree or chocolate chips to the mixture.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
- These pops can be made ahead of time for parties or gatherings.
