- 1 package Fudge Striped Cookies
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange half of the Fudge Striped Cookies on a baking sheet, bottom side up.
- Top each cookie with a few mini marshmallows.
- Place the other half of the cookies on top, bottom side down, to create a sandwich.
- Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cookie sandwiches.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, until the marshmallows are puffed.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to add crushed graham crackers for extra crunch.
