Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 packet pectin

Instructions

  1. Prepare all vegetables by washing and dicing them into small pieces.

  3. Add lime juice and sugar to the pot, stirring well to combine.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  5. Once boiling, add the pectin and continue to boil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
  7. Seal the jars and let them cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
