Ingredients

  • 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/2 cup molasses

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the molasses until well combined.
  4. Add the Rice Krispies cereal and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
