- 1 fully cooked ham
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (162°C).
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- Mix together the brown sugar, orange juice, pineapple juice, honey, and ground cloves in a bowl.
- Brush the glaze over the ham generously.
- Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for about 90 to 120 minutes, basting every 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
You can make the glaze a day in advance for convenience and customize with different spices or fruit juices.
