Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Incorporate minced garlic and chopped rosemary into the dough.
  5. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  6. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Grease a muffin tin and divide the dough into muffin cups.
  8. Sprinkle sea salt on top of each muffin.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
