Description

A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, featuring a blend of mixed cheeses for a rich and flavorful experience.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of shredded gouda cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
  4. Layer the mixed cheeses on top of the bread in the skillet.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  6. Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Flip the sandwich carefully and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about another 3-4 minutes.
  8. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
