  • Chocolate Layer:
    • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Mint Layer:
    • 2 cups white chocolate chips
    • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
    • Green food coloring (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

  6. Pour the mint layer over the set chocolate layer and spread evenly. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
  7. Refrigerate for an additional 1-2 hours until fully set.
  8. Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
