Ingredients

  • Brussels Sprouts: 1 pound, trimmed and halved

  • Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  • Onion: 1 medium, diced
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon, to taste
  • Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon, to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese: 1/4 cup, grated, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.

  6. In the same skillet, add the halved Brussels sprouts and sauté for 8-10 minutes until they are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet, mixing it with the Brussels sprouts, and cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
