- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning and chicken broth, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm taco shells in the oven or microwave.
- Fill each taco shell with the ground chicken mixture.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
