Delicious and spooky Halloween Vampire Bite Cupcakes that are perfect for your Halloween celebrations.

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 can (16 oz) vanilla frosting
- red food coloring
- chocolate syrup
- mini marshmallows
- chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
- Once cooled, use a small knife to cut a small circle in the center of each cupcake to create a ‘bite’ effect.
- Fill the hole with chocolate syrup and add mini marshmallows to resemble fangs.
- Frost the top of the cupcakes with vanilla frosting.
- Add red food coloring to the frosting to create a blood effect, drizzling it over the cupcakes.
- Top with chocolate chips for added decoration.
Notes
- For a more intense chocolate flavor, consider adding chocolate chips to the batter.
- These cupcakes can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container.
