Ham Delights are delicious Hawaiian roll sliders filled with savory ham and melted cheese, perfect for parties or a quick snack.

- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 pound sliced ham
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the sliced ham and Swiss cheese on top of the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and brown sugar.
- Pour the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sliced pickles or jalapeños inside the sliders.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
