Description

Ham Delights are delicious Hawaiian roll sliders filled with savory ham and melted cheese, perfect for parties or a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound sliced ham
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliced ham and Swiss cheese on top of the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese.
  5. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and brown sugar.
  6. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sliced pickles or jalapeños inside the sliders.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
