Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the cranberry glaze by combining cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until heated through.
  6. Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the cranberry glaze.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
