- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the cranberry glaze by combining cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until heated through.
- Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the cranberry glaze.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
- These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or over rice for a complete meal.
