    • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the orzo for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
