Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and soy sauce, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
