Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, sliced
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and soy sauce, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
