- 1 cup brewed coffee
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice over medium heat.
- Whisk until the mixture is hot and well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- In a mug, pour the brewed coffee and then add the pumpkin mixture.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if desired.

- For a dairy-free version, use almond or oat milk.
- Adjust the sweetness to your preference.
- Store any leftover pumpkin puree in the refrigerator for up to a week.
