Instructions
- Chop the vegetables: In your mixing bowl, finely dice the tomatoes, then chop the onions, jalapeños, and cilantro.
- Combine the ingredients: Gently toss the tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and jalapeños together.
- Add lime juice: Squeeze the lime over the mixture, ensuring each piece is coated.
- Season to taste: Sprinkle salt and give one final gentle stir.
- Rest and infuse: Let the salsa sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to meld the flavors.
