- 1 spiral sliced ham (bone-in recommended)
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- Cloves (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Create the glaze: Whisk together honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
- Prepare your ham: Place it cut-side down in the roasting pan.
- Glaze generously with the mixture using a basting brush.
- Cover loosely with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes per pound, removing foil during the last 30 minutes.
- Add cloves just before the last baking period if desired.
- Rest the ham for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Make the glaze a day in advance and store in the fridge. This recipe can also be adapted for slow cookers or air fryers.
