- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of Sriracha to your spice preference.
- For extra crunch, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- These can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
