Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
