- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Chopped green onions to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
- Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with the honey Sriracha sauce, tossing to coat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
