Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Chopped green onions to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle with the honey Sriracha sauce, tossing to coat.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
