  5. Add the dark rum and sour cream, blending until combined.
  6. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and tap it on the countertop to remove air bubbles.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
