Instructions

  2. Prepare the Loaf Pan: Line the loaf pan with parchment paper.
  3. Blend the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.

  5. Pour in the Heavy Cream: Gradually add heavy cream, mixing on low speed.
  6. Fold in Flour and Salt: Gently fold in flour and salt until just combined.

  8. Bake: Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the top is dark brown and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  9. Cool & Serve: Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
