Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Loaf Pan: Line the loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Blend the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add Eggs: Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
- Pour in the Heavy Cream: Gradually add heavy cream, mixing on low speed.
- Fold in Flour and Salt: Gently fold in flour and salt until just combined.
- Transfer to Pan: Pour cheesecake mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake: Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the top is dark brown and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Cool & Serve: Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
