Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the chicken breasts and mixed vegetables with balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Arrange the chicken and vegetables in a single layer on a sheet pan.
